On the Josper® charcoal grill, meat, fish, seafood and vegetables prepared develop intense aromas and are incredibly juicy. In our dry agers, we convert the finest beef® into perfectly dry-aged beef. Also typical of INTUU: grassroots democracy at the dining table - who wants to, shares. There are no traditional courses - whatever is ready will be served.
